About Us
Dr. Janet Flaton is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). After completing her residency at the University of North Carolina Medical School (Chapel Hill), she served a rural community in a practice ranging from general to intensive care pediatrics.
In 2003 Dr. Flaton refined her practice to caring for children and teens with ADHD, and later adults.

She founded the multi-disciplinary Flaton ADDept Center in 2009, providing empowerment and personal transformation through a combined holistic/traditional medical approach.
​
Dr. Flaton maintains a clinical practice along with writing, speaking, and producing online programs for a greater global community.
Our office is located in beautiful San Luis Obispo. We are close to downtown and 1.9 miles from Cal Poly.
