Groups

Dr. Flaton has found that connections with others and the experience of learning about ourselves and life through guided discussions with others can have a profoundly healing effect.

 

The symptoms of ADHD expressed in our lives can have an impact on how others understand us, how people relate to us, and how our most important relationships work, or don't work.

 

In a group environment, we work on building communication skills, accountability, and trust in a way that keeps on working in the other most important relationships in our lives.
