Adult Group

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.

The support we receive from our adult peers is invaluable.  Dr. Flaton and staff have put together a peer group for adults to explore the impact of the symptoms of ADHD in their lives.

Many of us enter adulthood with a question about what about our adult lives is a consequence of the symptoms of ADHD and what is just normal adult life?

Spending time assessing the situation with an expert group facilitator and peers is a highly effective way to begin to distinguish the full impact of ADHD on adult life. Once we distinguish what is ADHD and what is just normal living we can begin to create treatment plans to improve the impact of ADHD on our lives.
