Fish

     Fish is considered to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet. It is loaded with nutrients which are important to properly functioning brains such as fat, protein, and vitamin D. Fish is also the world's best source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are incredibly important for your body and brain.

 

     Fattier types of fish are healthier. Wild caught fish is considered by many to be better for our bodies than farmed fish.
